At Katzcoffee.com, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. However, due to the perishable nature of our products and for the safety of our customers we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind. If you received a damaged product, please contact us at websales@katzcoffee.com within 3 days of receiving the order and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
We strive to ensure that all of our products are of the highest quality and carefully inspect each item before shipping. If you have any concerns about the quality of your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Please note that we are unable to process refunds or exchanges for any orders that have already been shipped.
