With 56 hectares dedicated to coffee and a strong commitment to sustainability, Agua Sarca balances quality cultivation with forest conservation. This lot undergoes a 96-hour anaerobic natural fermentation, enhancing its rich flavors of cherry, blackberry, and brown sugar. The result is a light roast with a medium body and bright acidity, delivering a complex and vibrant cup.
