This coffee is grown by 168 women farmers from the Bella Vista region in Chiapas, Mexico, organized by Rosalba Cifuentes Tovia. With an emphasis on traceability and sustainability, Rosalba exports their coffee directly, allowing producers to earn higher prices and reinvest in their communities. By improving agricultural practices and livelihoods, this initiative empowers the farmers while producing a beautifully balanced, washed coffee with vibrant fruity and nutty notes.
