Description:
From the lush, high-elevation forests of Guji, Ethiopia, comes Ethiopia Ebirahim Ahmed, a washed heirloom coffee with vibrant character and depth. Sourced from Uraga district, this lot is processed at Ebirahim Ahmed’s station in Hawata, where cherries from more than 600 local smallholders are meticulously hand-sorted, fermented, and dried on raised beds.
Renowned for its fruit-forward and juicy profiles, Guji is one of Ethiopia’s most celebrated coffee regions. This lot showcases a refined balance of blackberry jam sweetness, black tea complexity, and smooth milk chocolate notes, resulting in a clean, structured cup that reflects the best of high-altitude Ethiopian coffee.
