Katz Coffee, Passionate Perfection
Founded in 2003, Katz Coffee is a small-batch, custom roasting operation based in Houston, Texas. Katz Coffee creates and roasts custom and proprietary blends for many of Houston’s most highly-acclaimed and discriminating chefs and restaurant owners.
Now, you can brew the Katz Coffees you’ve enjoyed at your favorite restaurants and coffee shops at home.
We specialize in the finest coffee from sources that prioritize environmental responsibility and are Fair Trade Certified. Our goal is to achieve perfection in every cup. This commitment starts with “green” beans and ends with the close and careful attention we take in the roasting process.

Katz Coffee makes it delicious to go green!
Giving back to our communities is a core value at Katz Coffee -- from serving complimentary Coffee at school fundraisers to donating auction items to our newly-established Coffee Cause program.
As part of our Coffee Cause program, we develop community partnerships with non-profit organizations that are closely aligned with our values and mission. To raise awareness and dollars for the organizations, we select a fair trade, organic Coffee and use local artists to design labels for the bags. For every pound of Coffee Cause coffees sold, we donate 50 cents as unrestricted funds to the organizations.
Currently, our Coffee Cause partners are Bat Conservation International (Bat City Blend), Friends of Enchanted Rock (Enchanted Rock Blend) and Buffalo Bayou Partnership .
